Scalp psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition characterized by the formation of scaly plaques, redness, and intense itching. The severity of symptoms can vary—from mild dandruff-like flaking to thick, hardened plaques that may extend beyond the hairline.

• Use of irritating cosmetic products
• Certain medications

Although scalp psoriasis cannot be permanently cured, its symptoms can be effectively managed with properly selected treatments. The key lies in consistent scalp care using products that soothe, reduce inflammation, hydrate, and help eliminate scales—without further irritating the skin.

TREATMENT PROTOCOL

• EXFOLIATION

1.3 Dixidox de Luxe Peeling (200ML | 500ML): Apply to dry or damp scalp and massage gently. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week.

• SHAMPOO

2.1 Dixidox de Luxe Antidandruff Shampoo (200ML | 500ML) and

5.1.1 Botox-like Hair Therapy de Luxe Shampoo (200ML | 500ML): Apply to the hair and gently massage until lathered. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse. Alternate between the two shampoos for optimal results.

• LOTION

2.4 Dixidox de Luxe Antidandruff Lotion (100ML | 200ML): Spray approximately 10 times onto dry or damp scalp and massage in. Use daily for 10 days. Then continue 3 times per week for at least 3 months. May also be used once weekly as a preventative measure.

• ESSENTIAL OILS

3.4.5B Science-7 de Luxe Essential Oils: Apply approximately 15 drops directly to the scalp and gently massage to ensure full absorption of active ingredients. Do not rinse. Use nightly until improvement is observed, then continue 2 times per week. Not recommended during pregnancy.

RECOMMENDATION FOR MEDIUM TO LONG HAIR

4.3 Dixidox de Luxe Keratin Treatment Mask

Apply the mask to the scalp and hair and massage gently. Comb through several times. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
