Postporođajna alopecija

Following childbirth, estrogen and other hormone levels rapidly drop to pre-pregnancy levels. At the same time, cortisol (stress hormone) levels remain elevated, and some women may also experience thyroid hormone imbalance. These changes trigger a sudden and synchronized shift of hair follicles from the growth phase to the resting (telogen) phase.

The combination of hormonal fluctuations, sleep deprivation, suboptimal diet, and intense infant care contributes to hair shedding. Hair typically begins to fall out about 3 to 4 months after childbirth as follicles remain in the telogen phase.

Although postpartum alopecia is a natural and usually temporary process, timely use of targeted care can significantly reduce hair loss and support faster scalp recovery.

TREATMENT PROTOCOL

• PEELING

1.3 Dixidox de Luxe Peeling (200ML | 500ML): Apply to dry or damp scalp and massage. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week.

4.1 Dixidox de Luxe Keratin Treatment Shampoo (200ML | 500ML): Apply to hair and gently massage until lathered. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse. Alternate usage is recommended.

3.4.1 Crexepil de Luxe Forte Lotion: Apply 1/3 of ampoule contents to dry or damp scalp, preferably in the evening. Massage and do not rinse. Use daily for three months.

3.4.3A Fresh Cells de Luxe Wondercell Lotion: Add the ampoule liquid (concentrate) to the bottle (lotion). Shake well before use. Apply 2 ml to dry or damp scalp and massage gently. Do not rinse. Use daily. Minimum recommended treatment is three months or as advised by a specialist.

4.3 Dixidox de Luxe Keratin Treatment Mask: Apply to scalp and hair, gently massage, and comb through. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

To strengthen hair and increase thickness:

Apply a hazelnut-sized amount to damp hair and distribute with fingers or a brush. Do not rinse. Use regularly for optimal results. May also be applied to dry scalp to help restore physiological balance.
